A sumptuous multi-art experience not to be missed in which spectacular costumes and unique make-ups combined with Chinese and English singing bring to life two wonderful stories. The second repertoire is entitled “The Battle of Yuan Cheng” from the famous Chinese historical novel “Romance of the Three Kingdoms” written by Luo Guanzhong in the 14th century.
The Little Pear Garden Dance Company, Musician Patty Chan, and the AiYue Choir will also perform. Rounding out the evening will be a display of artworks reflecting the family and Chinese-Canadian culture of Ottawa artist Don Kwan.
